Timed Delivery Window
For larger items you will receive a time slot on the morning of delivery.
It's always a good idea to get out the tape measure and measure your doors and hallways so you can figure out the most efficient way into your living space. A two-man delivery team delivers all of our sofas and chairs directly to the room of your choosing. Our delivery crews are well qualified in housekeeping and furniture assembly.
Things to check before we arrive
• Have you double-checked that the sofa would fit in the room?
• Have you double-checked that your distribution information is correct? Do you want to include your address and phone number?
• Do the drivers have direct access/parking?
· Please note that we are not able to move existing furniture, remove doors or windows.
· If you cancel a delivery within 96 hours of the scheduled delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee.
Sofa Delivery Prices
This includes full set up of the sofa in your house and we will remove and dispose of all packaging:
· Sheffield = £40
· Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop = £60
Furniture Delivery Prices:
This includes doorstep delivery with an additional £10 to be set up in the room of your choice:
· Sheffield = £20
· Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop = £35

Frequently Asked Question
If you're out when our courier tries to deliver your item, they'll leave a card. This will explain how to rearrange your delivery.
We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. This will be as per the delivery method and time displayed on the product page. However, we'll let you know in advance and, if possible, offer you a single delivery slot.
Once we've dispatched your item(s), we'll send a confirmation email. And if your order gets delayed, we'll send you an updated delivery date.
Your delivery must be signed for, so please make sure someone is home to receive it. Otherwise, we'll attempt to redeliver your item; this is usually a free service, but some couriers charge a £25 failed delivery fee. If you know you can't make the agreed time, please contact the carrier and make alternative arrangements.
Our couriers only offer kerbside delivery. All large bathroom items will be delivered to your driveway on a pallet – providing there's access and space. Please note, you'll need to arrange for it to be moved inside your home.
We aim to deliver all our orders on time and in perfect condition. But on the rare occasion this doesn't happen, please contact us as soon as possible.
